Your information may be shared only with relevant training or awarding bodies (e.g., SQA, NUCO, DVSA, JAUPT, NLA, RTITB) for certification and compliance purposes. These organisations also hold their own privacy policies, which are available on request.

We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary to meet legal, regulatory, and operational needs. Retention periods vary depending on the awarding body or purpose of the data. Once data is no longer required, it is securely destroyed or deleted.
