Please note that theory and CPC retests are not included within pass protection.
The payment is non-refundable. This does mean that if you pass on your first attempt you will not be eligible for any refund of the pass protection cost.
Pass Protection re-tests are prioritised, but please remember that JLD cannot control DVSA examiner sickness or non-attendance for booked test slots.
Please note that Pass Protection must be purchased before your practical training begins. It cannot be added once any 3a or 3b training has started.

One 3a & 3b retest: The standard pass protection covers the re-booking fee for one 3a reverse & uncouple/recouple test attempt and one 3b on road practical driving test attempt.
Extra training: Before your retest, you'll get 2 hours additional one-on-one training to work on any areas needing improvement.
Priority booking: We'll help you secure a new test date as quickly as possible, minimising delays in your training and retests.
