First steps:

• Obtain the D2 and D4 forms either online or from your local post office

• Book your HGV medical - once completed you can send the forms off with your licence to the DVLA to then gain the provisional entitlement

• Purchase the Multiple Choice & Hazard Perception (Modules 1a&b) theory test revision material

• Book your Multiple Choice & Hazard Perception (Modules 1a&b) theory tests
