Cherry Picker

A cherry picker is a type of forklift that can extend its reach high into the air to lift heavy objects from one place to another. Cherry pickers are hydraulic cranes with a raised platform attached to the end of a boom to raise. They lower people and cargo and are powered by batteries, gasoline, or diesel fuel.

Cherry picker training courses are designed to provide individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate cherry pickers, also known as aerial work platforms (AWPs) or elevated work platforms (EWPs). These courses are essential for those who need to work at heights in a variety of industries, including construction, maintenance, and facility management.

Cherry picker training is crucial for ensuring the safe operation of elevated work platforms and reducing the risk of accidents or injuries associated with working at heights.

Duration:

The duration of cherry picker training courses can vary but always cover both theoretical and practical aspects to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the equipment.

Certification:

Successful completion of the cherry picker training course will lead to the issuance of a certification on behalf of JLD and the awarding body RTITB, indicating that the individual is qualified to operate cherry pickers.

JLD can teach the 3b Cherry Picker.
