Who is the course suitable for?
This Apprenticeship is for anyone interested in working in a logistics sector. Apprentices must be willing to work shifts, as part of a team and be good timekeepers. The role will include;Managing the movement of goods across all sectors and distances for a range of customers from private individuals and sole traders through to large global organisations. Training days may include First Aid, Health and Safety Manual Handling.

Course delivery and assessment
Month 1-4
- Induction day to include assessment of Maths and English
- Functional Skills workshops to be completed if applicable
- Manual Handling /Health and Safety Training
- Core knowledge questions classroom based
Month 4-7
- Observation of performance in workplace
- Review of questions set
- Functional Skills Workshop
- Functional Skills Exams
Month 7-10
- Classroom based training core knowledge
- First Aid Training
- Review of workbooks
Month 10-12
- End point assessment (independent assessor)
- Successful completion
